Our online reservation service delivers cost-effective bookings for many of our advertisers. When an online booking is made from Flat Rental Network sites, you as an owner/agent automatically receive an email from us containing booking information such as how many people there are in the party and for how long they wish to stay, their name, the number of children, etc.
to release your property to us to market and sell on your behalf.
As we are not an agency our charge for selling any of your dates is very low. It is typically one third of the average agency charge- 8% plus VAT of the total booking fee - that's a huge saving over other marketing outlets.
